Terms of Use

1.Subject of the agreement

These terms are between you and Victor Mishkin, trading as AutoCore, Tbilisskaya 13, Almaty 050000, Kazakhstan ("AutoCore", "we", or "us").

AutoCore provides software as a service (SaaS) for managing a warehouse, work orders, documents, accounting, and a team.

These terms govern the use of the AutoCore web app and desktop clients. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you accept these terms.

2.Account

Users must keep their account credentials confidential and must not share access with third parties without the company admin's consent.

The company owner or admin manages employee invitations, roles, and responsibility for actions taken within the organization.

3.Acceptable use

The service is intended for the lawful operation of an auto business. Users are responsible for their prompts, uploaded content, and decisions based on generated or extracted output, which may be inaccurate or incomplete and must be reviewed before reliance.

• You may not use the service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, or to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights
• You may not disrupt security, upload malware, probe or scrape without authorization, bypass safeguards, steal credentials, or attempt to jailbreak AI controls
• You may not use AI features for illegal instructions, harmful or deceptive content, harassment, threats, doxxing, impersonation, or regulated professional advice without qualified oversight
• You must have rights to submitted content and verify AI-assisted outputs before publishing or acting on them
• You may not copy, decompile, resell, redistribute, or reproduce the software without the rights holder's consent

4.Customer data

Operational data entered into AutoCore (warehouse, work orders, finances, documents) remains the customer's property. AutoCore acts as a processor while providing the service.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter and for complying with legal requirements when handling their own customers' personal data.

5.Subscription and billing

Paid features are activated according to the selected plan. Billing frequency, fees, trial terms, renewal, taxes, and cancellation details are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout.

Paddle is the merchant of record for purchases made through Paddle Checkout. Paddle collects payment, handles tax and invoicing, and applies its buyer terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally preserves access through the paid period. Refunds follow the AutoCore Refund and Cancellation Policy and mandatory consumer law.

If payment is missed, access may be restricted, while company data is retained in accordance with the retention policy.

6.Intellectual property

Rights to the AutoCore software, interface, brand, and documentation belong to the rights holder. Customers are granted a non-exclusive license to use the service for the duration of their subscription.

7.Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. Using the service means you agree to its terms to the extent required.

8.Limitation of liability

The service is provided within reasonable technical limits without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every workflow. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded.

AutoCore is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or decisions made by the customer based solely on system data or AI-assisted output without internal verification.

The customer must verify critical financial and warehouse operations according to their own internal procedures.

9.Termination of access

The customer may stop using the service at any time. AutoCore may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, repeated or serious policy violations, or where required by law.

AutoCore may remove or restrict harmful content, refuse or filter AI-assisted output, and limit features where needed to protect users, third parties, or the service.
